Belper District 50+ Forum

Our forum  provides support and aid to anyone over 50, whilst creating a bond with the younger generation.

Open meetings are held every quarter, with themes of:

• health
• security
• safety
• crime prevention

Some meetings are of a lighter nature with entertainment and light hearted talks on a variety of subjects. Open meetings are held every quarter, on a Friday morning at

We plan and arrange social trips to places of interest, based on feedback from members.

We currently have over 200 members. We have a new small committee working hard to promote forum membership.

Open forums

Our open forums are all held at

Belper Congregational Church Church Walk, Off Green Lane,

Belper, Derbyshire. DE56 1DB

Dates for 2024 are:

• Friday 1st  March
• Friday 7th  June
• Friday 6th  September
• Friday 6th December

March/Sept meetings are from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Doors open at 10am

June/Dec meetings are from 10.30am to 1.00pm. Doors open at 10am

Themes for each meeting are yet to be decided

but full details and information will be emailed

to all Belper forum members in advance.
