*   To provide accommodation with a welcoming atmosphere where friends or strangers,

 Lonely or disadvantaged can feel relaxed and regain a sense of dignity.

*   To offer support and encouragement to those who require it by being their link with other agencies.

*   To provide a base where small groups can meet.

*   To provide advice or information where the required advice can be obtained.

· To develop and co-ordinate services in response to the changing needs of the community.
