BELPER SOUL & DISCO FESTIVAL

BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY 24TH AUGUST 2025

On Bank Holiday Sunday, August 24th, the scenic town of Belper in Derbyshire will come alive with a multi-venue, all-day Soul & Disco festival!

Fanned across five of the town’s prominent venues, music lovers of the area assemble to listen to some of the region's best DJ's play Northern Soul, Motown, Modern Soul and Disco classics!

Belper Soul & Disco Festival racks up the finest DJs in town to fuel attendees with 12 hours of constant music beginning midday and finishing at midnight!

A ticket purchase for this multi-venue showcase entitles visitors to a wristband on the day that allows them access to all of the participating venues!

The festival gets underway from midday onwards at The Nags Head, showcasing Northern Soul and Motown, followed by a further display of Soul and Motown at The Old Kings Head, from 2pm onwards. A mere few minute’s stroll away, The Bottle Bank will be the host for Modern Soul from 4pm, with a nearby move at 6pm at Tyler’s for some Northern Soul classics.

Belper Soul & Disco Festival culminates across the road at The Railway, on King Street from 8pm with DJ's spinning Motown & Northern Soul (inside) and 80's Disco and Rare Groove (outside) in the pub’s open-air courtyard area.
